MorfoFit Support
Support is available for account access, subscriptions, purchases, application features, technical problems and privacy requests.
Information to include
To help us investigate efficiently, include:
- The email address associated with your MorfoFit account.
- Your device model and whether you use iOS or Android.
- The MorfoFit app version, if available.
- A concise description of what happened and the steps that reproduce the issue.
- A screenshot, provided it contains no password, payment-card data or other sensitive information.
Subscriptions and purchases
MorfoFit Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription management, cancellation and refund requests are handled through the store used for the purchase.
- To restore an existing purchase, open Settings → Membership → Restore Purchases in MorfoFit.
- Use the same Apple ID or Google account that originally completed the purchase.
- If payment was completed but Premium access is missing, restore purchases first and then contact support with the store transaction or order reference. Do not send card information.
- Deleting a MorfoFit account does not cancel an active store subscription.
Account and privacy
Use the password-reset option on the MorfoFit login screen if you cannot access your account. Account deletion is available inside the application and through the public account-deletion page.

Basic troubleshooting
- Confirm that the device has a stable internet connection.
- Close MorfoFit completely and open it again.
- Install the latest available version from the App Store or Google Play.
- For purchase problems, confirm that you are signed in to the correct store account and use Restore Purchases.
